My Experience on AppFest 2013 by IAMAI India, Held at IIM-Ahmedabad
Here is My Experience on AppFest 2013 by IAMAI India, Held at IIM-Ahmedabad:
Feels awesome to be a part of Appfest 2013 that has presented with great hard work and won the Twitter HashTag. Also feels awesome to be part of Space-O Technologies, Our Android team won the first prize of AppFest 2013.IAMAI has organized an amazing event called AppFest 2013 during 26-28 July, 2013. More than 65 emerging and established software organizations, which means more than 400 developers from all over India had participated in the event.
On 15th of July, I Got one VIP invitation email on my personal id that I had invited for the upcoming AppFest 2013. Without any hesitation and waste of time I registered for the three-day event.
Here’s the highlight of the event:
Day 01, Friday, 26th July, 2013:
I won the best quality tweet contest for hashtag #AppFest2013, I and My Manager Utpal Vaishnav got professional photo shoot by Abhijit Naikdesai as a prize.
Utpal Vaishnav is Lifelong learner, Entrepreneur, Blogger, Author, Avid Reader and CTO at Space-O Digicom & He is most enthusiastic & creative person I ever seen.
About Abhijit, He is master in take the professional photos by using technique called Panoramic Portraits.
I felt awesome while my name was come as winner and everyone in the event hall all were claping for me. (Kiruba had Announced my name as Twitter Hashtag winner).

Day 02, Saturday, 27th July, 2013:
I and My Manager again won the goodies in one competition for tweeting about the best app idea. VSERVE.mobi guy Ravi Vyas given us a Nice Goodies (Black #ShowMeTheMoney T-Shirts).We got more 4 Professional Photoshoots by Abhi on the second day too.

Day 03, Sunday, 28th July, 2013:
Five young blood from our team Space-O Technologies / Ninja Team - Tarun Patel, Amit Pataliya, Nisarg Patel, Gaurang Bhatt and Vijay Prajapati, who developed an BookBarter app that allows users to determine the presented books in the surrounding area and offer his or her own books for barter, emerged as the winners of the Hackathon challenge throughout the Appfest 2013, which was organized by the Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI), in Ahmedabad from 26-28 July, 2013. They acknowledged a Cheque of INR 75,000.
Another app, ‘Gujrati Dictionary’ and an app ‘EventsNetworking’ were won second and third respectively in the AppFest 2013. Both teams acknowledged cash prize of INR 40,000 and 25,000 correspondingly.
My especially thanks to the Awesome Anchor, Kiruba Shankar:
Kiruba hosted the whole AppFest 2013 event, who is well known for his spontaneity and humor, has hosted some biggest Technology events. Kiruba is an entrepreneur, social media consultant, speaker, author, teacher and pod-caster.
Overall, stupendous understandings I got at AppFest 2013. Every participant had lot of power, eagerness, collaboration and dedication. All performed very well.
